Who are the 2026 candidates for the City of Reno general elections?

The two candidates for the open seat of Reno Mayor are Kate Marshall and Kathleen Taylor.

The two candidates for the open seat of Ward 2 Reno City Council are Matt Johnson and Summer Pellett.

There was only one candidate for Reno City Attorney (current City Attorney Karl Hall is retiring), so Zelalem Bogale is the only name on the ballot.

There were only two candidates for Reno Municipal Court Judge, so both Angela Gianoli and Jenny Diane Hubach proceeded to the General Election. More on that here.
