Under item D.3 at tomorrow's City Council meeting (Wednesday, August 28), City staff will be taking input on the possibility of enacting some kind of downtown noise ordinance or implementing some other regulations to reduce excessive noise (beyond what one would normally expect in an urban environment). As of now the mofo continues to make my life miserable. Living in the next door apartment and they’re blasting their music.
Just this weekend, I had the unfortunate that when the mofo finally shut up, then electricity went off.
