I realize you have a backlog of topics you want to address, yet I hope you'll consider devoting an article exploring your vision of the ideal 850-home community on the map above below 3rd Street, co-created by the RHA, a contribution from Jacobs, and an additional developer who will lead the project. At Regenesis Reno, we're speaking with potential developers and other stakeholders. Everyone in our community will benefit from a better understanding of your point of view of ideal affordable and workforce housing downtown. Thanks for all you do!!!!
Thanks, Gordon. I can't say I anticipate doing that, but with respect to that site, I'm curious about the logistical and financial feasibility of combining affordable/workforce housing with a structure for an unrelated use like a parking garage--particularly on the massive scale Jacobs has been mentioning, which at least at this point seems excessive. And of course with the plans Jacobs was mentioning, the location would potentially be in close proximity to two open-air entertainment venues, which would seem to complicate matters. So there's a lot to consider, as you're well aware. I'm concerned for the Bethel AME Church, too--it's a highly significant historic structure listed in the National Register of Historic Places, and is right there at 220 Bell Street. I'll be curious to see how the conversation evolves.

So many excellent points made here. This whole process is really distressing to witness.
Thank you once again for all your work.
